Byl jsem z n\u011bj nad\u0161en a rozhodn\u011b ne s\u00e1m. A tak jsme jej zopakovali je\u0161t\u011b \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nyn\u00ed chyst\u00e1me \u0161est\u00fd cyklus. Podobn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s takov\u00fdm tahem na branku zn\u00e1m z kurz\u016f o projektov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Velk\u00fd bonus je v efektivit\u011b, proto\u017ee jsou intenzivn\u00ed a \u010dasov\u011b velmi \u00fasporn\u00e9, ani\u017e by utrp\u011bla kvalita.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d o tom p\u00ed\u0161u? A\u010dkoli se v oblasti veden\u00ed lid\u00ed pohybuji hodn\u011b let a nav\u00edc v r\u016fzn\u00fdch organizac\u00edch, m\u016fj leadership byl zalo\u017een sp\u00ed\u0161e na intuici a zku\u0161enostech. Chyb\u011bl mi glob\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohled, kter\u00fd by vych\u00e1zel z osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch princip\u016f. U\u017e po dvou dnech jsem m\u011bl pocit, \u017ee bych m\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt n\u011bco m\u011bnit, co\u017e je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zr\u00e1dn\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nad\u0161en\u00ed je jedna v\u011bc, smysluplnost zase druh\u00e1. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed byla n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st kurzu ur\u010dena pro p\u0159\u00edpravu vlastn\u00edho projektu, ve kter\u00e9m jsem si promyslel celou koncepci m\u00e9ho n\u00e1padu a d\u00edky individu\u00e1ln\u00edm konzultac\u00edm s lektorem jsem jej ladil. V z\u00e1v\u011bru nakonec odprezentoval p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi a tak\u00e9 si u\u017eil jejich v\u00fdstupy. Skv\u011bl\u00e9 t\u00e9ma pro diskusi o etice, mor\u00e1lce, toleranci a empatii vede k zamy\u0161len\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo chce lidi skute\u010dn\u011b motivovat a v\u00e9st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00e1 role <strong>Hledat cestu<\/strong> systematizuje pojmy posl\u00e1n\u00ed, vize a strategie. Pro\u010d existujeme, kam sm\u011b\u0159ujeme a jak se tam dostaneme. (BTW: nep\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 v\u00e1m to z\u00e1kladn\u00ed strukturu ICT pl\u00e1nu nastavenou p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 lety? N\u011bkter\u00e9 osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy se na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nem\u011bn\u00ed.).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed role <strong>Sla\u010fovat syst\u00e9my<\/strong> je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm procesn\u00ed. Zjednodu\u0161uje pr\u00e1ci a pokud je dob\u0159e nastavena, obejde se ji\u017e bez l\u00eddra. A hlavn\u011b dok\u00e1\u017ee vystihnout to kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 a nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro dosa\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdsledku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ctvrt\u00e1 role <strong>Uvol\u0148ovat potenci\u00e1l<\/strong> vede ke kultu\u0159e rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed talent a zapojen\u00ed lid\u00ed. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee je ze v\u0161ech rol\u00ed nejobt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, nebo\u0165 zde mus\u00ed l\u00eddr respektovat osobnostn\u00ed priority lid\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 st\u00e1le dr\u017eet zvolenou cestu. Jestli maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 pocit, \u017ee je l\u00eddr sv\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem brzd\u00ed, zpravidla to vede k tzv. pasivn\u00ed poslu\u0161nosti, se kterou jsme se asi setkali ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci v\u0161ichni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fakoly jsme zpracov\u00e1vali samostatn\u011b, jin\u00e9 ve skupin\u00e1ch. St\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed aktivit vedlo k tomu, \u017ee jsme se nav\u00edc mezi sebou velmi dob\u0159e poznali, sly\u0161et zku\u0161enosti odjinud je v\u017edy p\u0159\u00ednos. \u010cas je nejvz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed komodita a jak jsem psal v \u00favodu, skv\u011ble p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 kombinace spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti a vlastn\u00ed tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ce byla opravdu efektivn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed programy jsou v\u017edy z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na kvalit\u011b lektor\u016f a j\u00e1 jsem d\u00edky sv\u00e9 profesi na n\u011b hodn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd.
