Ale proto\u017ee jsem v\u011bd\u011bla asi tak m\u00e1lo o t\u011bchto d\u011btech, jako ostatn\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 populace, vrhla jsem se na z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed o tomto probl\u00e9mu. Chv\u00e1la Bohu za internet. A najednou se p\u0159ede mnou otev\u0159el zcela jin\u00fd sv\u011bt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Po prvn\u00ed sch\u016fzce s rodi\u010di a Alenkou, \u0159editelkou M\u0160, VUOP a u\u010ditelkami<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve zkratce v\u00e1m shrnu jen to nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, s \u010d\u00edm jsem musela po\u010d\u00edtat ve sv\u00e9 asisten\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci s Alenkou, \u010demu se p\u0159izp\u016fsobit, na co se zam\u011b\u0159it, s \u010d\u00edm po\u010d\u00edtat, aby byl napln\u011bn \u00fa\u010del jej\u00edho pobytu v kolektivu d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto d\u011bti jsou velmi zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 ve v\u00fdvoji \u0159e\u010di. Komunikuj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b gesty, mluvit za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed velice pozd\u011b \u2013 t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem do \u0161koly (a to na \u00farovni 2-3let\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte \u2013 jednoslovn\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi, pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed situace, p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed apod.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motoricky jsou pomalej\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b obratn\u00e9, zde z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na intenzit\u011b rozvoje motoriky ze strany rodiny p\u0159ed vstupem do M\u0160.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebeobsluha v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Alenky vy\u017eadovala neust\u00e1lou p\u0159\u00edmou pomoc a d\u016fsledn\u00e9 veden\u00ed z m\u00e9 strany. A to jak b\u011bhem j\u00eddla, tak p\u0159i obl\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed WC nebo v um\u00fdv\u00e1rn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povahov\u011b jsou n\u00e1ladov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, tvrdohlav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ve vynucov\u00e1n\u00ed si sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, ale na druhou stranu otev\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ve vyjad\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1klonnosti, radosti \u010di smutku, \u00fanavy&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velmi jim pom\u00e1h\u00e1 st\u00e1le se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed re\u017eim, ur\u010dit\u00fd stereotyp \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00fd v nich upev\u0148uje pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed, &#8222;to um\u00edm, to zvl\u00e1dnu, to zn\u00e1m&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fdt naprosto d\u016fsledn\u00e1 ve vy\u017eadov\u00e1n\u00ed pln\u011bn\u00ed pokyn\u016f ze strany Alenky (t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e znala a zvl\u00e1dala i takov\u00fdch, kter\u00e9 si teprve osvojovala v M\u0160).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uv\u011bdomovat si, \u017ee rozum\u00ed v\u0161em slovn\u00edm pokyn\u016fm, vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed a ch\u00e1pe velice dob\u0159e m\u011b, u\u010ditelky i d\u011bti, jen s n\u00e1mi slovn\u011b nekomunikuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvo\u0159il se a postupn\u011b rozv\u00edjel tak, jak jsme Alenku pozn\u00e1vali. Stanovili jsme si n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed c\u00edle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dlenit ji p\u0159irozen\u011b do kolektivu, tak aby ona i ostatn\u00ed d\u011bti byly spokojen\u00e9 a respektovaly navz\u00e1jem sv\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zvykat ji na denn\u00ed re\u017eim a vy\u017eadovat d\u016fsledn\u011b jeho pln\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se mu za pomoci p\u0159\u00edkladu ostatn\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapojovat ji dle jej\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed do v\u0161ech \u010dinnost\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed \u2013 postupn\u011b prodlu\u017eovat dobu \u00fa\u010dasti ve spole\u010dn\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch \u010dinnostech (preferovala tane\u010dn\u00ed hry, t\u011blov\u00fdchovn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 a pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti \u2013 v\u0161e spojen\u00e9 s pohybem, tvo\u0159en\u00edm), postupn\u011b i rozv\u00edjen\u00ed pozn\u00e1n\u00ed (vyber, najdi, uka\u017e, polo\u017e k&#8230; kam pat\u0159\u00ed, kde je apod.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebeobslu\u017en\u00e9 \u010dinnosti \u2013 vy\u017eadovat i jej\u00ed aktivitu p\u0159i stolov\u00e1n\u00ed, toalet\u011b, a to i za cenu, \u017ee v\u00fdsledkem bude ne zcela adekv\u00e1tn\u011b spln\u011bn\u00fd \u00fakol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jej\u00ed komunikace s okol\u00edm \u2013 s d\u011btmi, person\u00e1lem M\u0160, ostatn\u00edmi rodi\u010di, u\u010dit ji navazovat kontakt, rozeznat osoby zn\u00e1m\u00e9, nezn\u00e1m\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podn\u011bcovat touhu n\u011bco sama dok\u00e1zat, zvl\u00e1dnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozv\u00edjet komunikativn\u00ed dovednosti \u2013 sna\u017eit se slovn\u011b (nejen gesty) vyj\u00e1d\u0159it p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, pocity, nesouhlas, emoce&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto je jen hrub\u00fd n\u00e1stin, kter\u00fd se st\u00e1le roz\u0161i\u0159uje o nov\u00e9 navazuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fakoly, poznatky tak, jak jde \u010das a jak Alenku pozn\u00e1v\u00e1me a jak prob\u00edh\u00e1 jej\u00ed rozvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spolupr\u00e1ce s rodi\u010di<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto bodu mus\u00edm zkonstatovat, \u017ee s rodi\u010di jsme ve velmi \u00fazk\u00e9m kontaktu, ka\u017ed\u00fd den probereme zhruba v 10-15 minutov\u00e9m rozhovoru pr\u016fb\u011bh dne, co se poda\u0159ilo, co nov\u00e9ho jsme zkou\u0161eli a jak to dopadlo. Od rodi\u010d\u016f naopak dostaneme spoustu informac\u00ed o Alen\u010din\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch (hippoterapie, plav\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00fdtvarn\u00fdch \u010dinnostech, cvi\u010den\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f s d\u011btmi, v\u00fdsledc\u00edch z PPP, logopedie apod.). Jej\u00ed pobyt mezi d\u011btmi v M\u0160 se sna\u017e\u00edme dokumentovat fotografiemi, videi \u2013 rodi\u010d\u016fm p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1me na USB, tak\u017ee vid\u00ed nejen vystaven\u00e1 v\u00fdtvarn\u00e1 \u010di pracovn\u00ed d\u00edlka Alenky, ale i jej\u00ed zapojen\u00ed se do celodenn\u00edho programu s d\u011btmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u011b\u017en\u00fd den v mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161kole<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alenka doch\u00e1z\u00ed do M\u0160 t\u0159i dny v t\u00fddnu \u2013 pond\u011bl\u00ed, \u010dtvrtek a p\u00e1tek. V t\u00e9to dob\u011b by ji\u017e zvl\u00e1dla bez probl\u00e9m\u016f celot\u00fddenn\u00ed doch\u00e1zku. P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed v 8 hodin a odch\u00e1z\u00ed kolem p\u016fl jedn\u00e9. Po p\u0159\u00edchodu se rozhl\u00e9dne a n\u011bkdy se nech\u00e1 ovlivnit m\u00fdm doporu\u010den\u00edm k \u010dinnosti, ov\u0161em v\u011bt\u0161inou si sama vybere aktivitu, kter\u00e1 ji zaujme nejv\u00edce. Potom se zpravidla p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00edm jej\u00ed volb\u011b, doba, kdy se adaptuje na prost\u0159ed\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy a kolektiv po p\u0159\u00edchodu z domova, je u n\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Rozhl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se a je-li mo\u017enost zacvi\u010dit si na &#8222;p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9&#8220; dr\u00e1ze \u2013 ihned ji vyu\u017eije, d\u00edv\u00e1 se chv\u00edli na d\u011bti, jak pln\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 \u00fakoly na TV n\u00e1\u010din\u00ed a b\u011b\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9. Je hou\u017eevnat\u00e1 a sna\u017eiv\u00e1. Pochvala ji ohromn\u011b povzbud\u00ed. Ov\u0161em mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vedena, aby dodr\u017eovala v\u0161echna pravidla (nep\u0159edb\u00edhat, nevynech\u00e1vat pro ni m\u00e9n\u011b atraktivn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky apod.). T\u00edm, \u017ee nen\u00ed tak obratn\u00e1 a pru\u017en\u00e1, jako ostatn\u00ed d\u011bti, je t\u0159eba neust\u00e1l\u00fd dohled a n\u011bkdy i dopomoc. Miluje tak\u00e9 hru v kuchy\u0148ce, v obchodu, zde se ji\u017e zapojuje do hry men\u0161\u00edho kolektivu. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku si hr\u00e1la &#8222;vedle d\u011bt\u00ed&#8220;, ne s d\u011btmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u00e9 jakmile vid\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00fd st\u016fl s barvami a \u0161t\u011btcem \u2013 nikdy nevynech\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost vyzkou\u0161et si experimentovat s barvami \u2013 ze strany matky je vedena v\u00fdtvarn\u011b (matka pracuje v keramick\u00e9 d\u00edln\u011b a Alenka m\u00e1 mo\u017enost pod jej\u00edm veden\u00edm rozv\u00edjet manu\u00e1ln\u00ed zru\u010dnost i p\u0159edstavivost).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sna\u017e\u00edme se ji zapojit i do \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s hudbou, tancem, zp\u011bvem \u2013 je ochotn\u00e1 a tyto \u010dinnosti m\u00e1 moc r\u00e1da, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0159\u00edkanky s pohybem (i kdy\u017e ne slovn\u011b, pouze pohybov\u00e9 ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00ed) \u2013 Jedna dvanda&#8230; \u0160la ove\u010dka do kope\u010dka&#8230; Roste roste strom&#8230; Tak\u00e9 kr\u00e1sn\u011b tancuje, ov\u0161em zp\u011bv nech\u00e1 na kolektivu d\u011bt\u00ed. Pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed si v kolektivu d\u011bt\u00ed s u\u010ditelkou na p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 t\u00e9ma j\u00ed v\u0161ak \u010din\u00ed probl\u00e9my, nevydr\u017e\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e p\u011bt minut (d\u011bti se st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed v pln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f a hodnot\u00ed svoji pr\u00e1ci \u010di druh\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed a ona hled\u00e1 n\u00e1hradn\u00ed \u010dinnost). V t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech ji zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1m potichu sama, abych neru\u0161ila pracuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u011bti (p\u0159iprav\u00edm si na dan\u00e9 t\u00e9ma pom\u016fcky a poodejdeme kousek od d\u011bt\u00ed a pln\u00edme \u00fakol p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b jej\u00edm mo\u017enostem). Miluje skl\u00e1danky (p\u016flen\u00e9 obr\u00e1zky, dvojice obr\u00e1zk\u016f), vkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed (obr\u00e1zk\u016f, tvar\u016f), navl\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed apod. Jej\u00ed motorika je d\u00edky mat\u010din\u011b tr\u00e9ninku od mali\u010dka na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni, ne\u017e jej\u00ed diagn\u00f3za teoreticky p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes ji\u017e sama b\u011b\u017e\u00ed na toaletu, ov\u0161em pomoci ji mus\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fd, hlavn\u011b s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm oble\u010den\u00edm a myt\u00edm (dok\u00e1\u017ee se cel\u00e1 pol\u00edt vodou, nah\u00e1zet do toalety cel\u00fd pap\u00edr&#8230;). P\u0159i stolov\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 do\u0161lo k posunu vp\u0159ed. Do v\u00e1noc bylo nutn\u00e9 Alenku krmit v daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e, aby se v\u016fbec najedla \u010di napila. Nyn\u00ed ke konci \u0161koln\u00edho roku chce j\u00edst sama (i kdy\u017e ne tak zru\u010dn\u011b, jako jej\u00ed stejn\u011b sta\u0159\u00ed vrstevn\u00edci) a docela se j\u00ed to da\u0159\u00ed. I pit\u00ed z hrne\u010dku zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 l\u00e9pe, ale dohled a slovn\u00ed pokyny jsou st\u00e1le nutn\u00e9. P\u0159i pobytech venku oproti za\u010d\u00e1tku \u0161koln\u00edho roku je pohybliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ji\u017e nestoj\u00ed a jen nepozoruje, ale sna\u017e\u00ed se zapojit do pohybov\u00fdch her d\u011bt\u00ed, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 i v\u00fdstup po &#8222;n\u00e1b\u011bhov\u00e9m&#8220; prkn\u011b na pr\u016flezku (\u017eeb\u0159\u00edk \u010di s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fd v\u00fdstup je\u0161t\u011b ne), zvl\u00e1dla ch\u016fzi po pohybliv\u00e9m chodn\u00edku, ujde del\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost p\u0159i vych\u00e1zk\u00e1ch do okol\u00ed \u0161kolky (d\u0159\u00edve po chvilce odm\u00edtala pokra\u010dovat v ch\u016fzi), miluje trampol\u00ednu na na\u0161em mal\u00e9m dopravn\u00edm h\u0159i\u0161ti (d\u0159\u00edve j\u00ed poskoky d\u011blaly velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m, jen se pohupovala v kolenou). M\u00e1 r\u00e1da h\u00e1zen\u00ed si s m\u00ed\u010dem \u2013 i zde se zlep\u0161ila koordinace a dok\u00e1\u017ee m\u00ed\u010d chytit do n\u00e1ru\u010de a odhodit jej zp\u011bt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pravda, \u017ee jsem j\u00ed neust\u00e1le nabl\u00edzku, ukazuji, jak si m\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u011b po\u010d\u00ednat, moje instrukce ch\u00e1pe dob\u0159e, n\u011bkdy se je sna\u017e\u00ed o\u0161idit a zjednodu\u0161it (ale nepochod\u00ed), jinak je ale velice samostatn\u00e1, n\u011bkdy a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161. Spojit \u010dinnost a n\u00e1sledek (nap\u0159. vezmu kostku a hod\u00edm ji sm\u011brem ke kamar\u00e1dovi) j\u00ed mus\u00edm vysv\u011btlovat neust\u00e1le dokola a upev\u0148ovat, stejn\u011b jako spoustu dal\u0161\u00edho (neut\u00edkat od kolektivu, neuv\u011bdom\u00ed si, \u017ee by se ztratila, vb\u011bhla do silnice, spadla ze schod\u016f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neust\u00e1le chv\u00e1l\u00edm sebemen\u0161\u00ed aktivitu nap\u0159enou z jej\u00ed strany do \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u010dinnosti \u010di pln\u011bn\u00ed dan\u00e9ho \u00fakolu, velice dob\u0159e pochvalu ch\u00e1pe a c\u00edt\u00ed se d\u016fle\u017eit\u011b a okam\u017eit\u011b ve sv\u00e9m \u00fasil\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1. Dok\u00e1\u017ee si v\u00e1\u017eit pochvaly kolektivu d\u011bt\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed ji zatleskaj\u00ed, kdy\u017e cokoli ud\u011bl\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u011b, fand\u00ed ve sportov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010di pohlad\u00ed, pochv\u00e1l\u00ed ji, kdy\u017e jim pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i \u00faklidu hra\u010dek. Jej\u00ed n\u00e1lady a emoce jsou siln\u011b \u010diteln\u00e9 pro okol\u00ed, dok\u00e1\u017ee se vyjad\u0159ovat i beze slov, pouze s posunky. Jej\u00ed komunikace v kolektivu je obdivuhodn\u00e1. Ji\u017e ch\u00e1pu, pro\u010d se t\u011bmto d\u011btem \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 &#8222;D\u011bti slunce&#8220;. Maj\u00ed toti\u017e srdce na dlani, nic neskr\u00fdvaj\u00ed, za nic se neschov\u00e1vaj\u00ed, nic nep\u0159edst\u00edraj\u00ed. \u017dij\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm okam\u017eikem, kter\u00fd prob\u00edh\u00e1. Jsou velmi zraniteln\u00e9 a d\u016fv\u011b\u0159iv\u00e9. Komu v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, v\u011b\u0159\u00ed bez v\u00fdhrad. Koho miluj\u00ed, miluj\u00ed cel\u00fdm srdcem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U t\u011bchto d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed siln\u011b emoce, povinnost n\u011bco dodr\u017eovat v tomto p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edm v\u011bku je\u0161t\u011b nech\u00e1pou, jsou tvrdohlav\u00e9, prosazuj\u00ed si svou. A naj\u00edt cestu, jak je p\u0159im\u011bt, aby ud\u011blaly to, co pot\u0159ebujeme v danou chv\u00edli, vy\u017eaduje neust\u00e1le p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o krok dop\u0159edu a m\u00edt v z\u00e1loze r\u016fzn\u00e9 n\u00e1pady, jak je odpoutat od ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed a nab\u00eddnout jim pro n\u011b n\u00e1hradn\u00ed atraktivn\u00ed \u010dinnost, kter\u00e1 by je nav\u00edc nen\u00e1siln\u011b rozv\u00edjela v jejich dovednostech, znalostech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodi\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed se t\u011bmto d\u011btem v\u011bnuj\u00ed, si nevydechnou ani chv\u00edli. D\u011bti vy\u017eaduj\u00ed celou va\u0161i pozornost a to st\u00e1le, ka\u017edou minutu jejich bd\u011bn\u00ed. Je to velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, jin\u00e9, ne\u017e u zdrav\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. A tot\u00e9\u017e je i v kolektivu, kdy nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 se v\u011bnovat jedn\u00e9 skupince a nechat d\u00edt\u011b s DS nepov\u0161imnut\u00e9. St\u00e1le je nutn\u00e9 jej m\u00edt pod dohledem a zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat ho p\u0159ipraven\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi \u2013 a proto je nezbytn\u00e9, aby s u\u010ditelkou pracoval i asistent pedagoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce s t\u011bmito d\u011btmi je nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed, trv\u00e1 po cel\u00fd jejich \u017eivot stejn\u011b jako s dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi. Jejich okol\u00ed je nech\u00e1pe, jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed je zneu\u017eij\u00ed a vyu\u017eij\u00ed. A toho dos\u00e1hne spole\u010dnost jen tehdy, kdy\u017e od d\u011btstv\u00ed nab\u00eddne mo\u017enost v\u0161em vyr\u016fstat vedle sebe a pozn\u00e1vat se a ch\u00e1pat navz\u00e1jem. Separace jak\u00fdchkoli odchylek ve v\u00fdvoji d\u00edt\u011bte od b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho kolektivu ostatn\u00edch nepom\u016f\u017ee nikomu \u2013 ani handicapovan\u00fdm ani zdrav\u00fdm d\u011btem.
