Neznalosti z oblasti finan\u010dn\u00edho sv\u011bta p\u0159ivedly \u0159adu jednotlivc\u016f i rodin do sv\u00edzeln\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed situace, v krajn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b a\u017e do dluhov\u00e9 pasti. \u010cesk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da se tento probl\u00e9m sna\u017e\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it r\u016fzn\u00fdmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi aktivitami pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9, ale zcela logicky vznikl po\u017eadavek na zah\u00e1jen\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edho finan\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ji\u017e na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podpora z\u00e1klad\u016f finan\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole byl deklarov\u00e1n r\u016fzn\u00fdmi ofici\u00e1ln\u00edmi dokumenty (dne 7.\u00a012.\u00a02005 vl\u00e1da \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky usnesen\u00edm \u010d.\u00a01594 ulo\u017eila ministru financ\u00ed, ministryni \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee a t\u011blov\u00fdchovy a ministru pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu p\u0159ipravit materi\u00e1l Syst\u00e9m budov\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, v prosinci 2007 prob\u011bhla aktualizace tohoto dokumentu v souladu se Strategi\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsou Standardy finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed) a po praktick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce pak p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm za\u0159azen\u00edm t\u00e9to oblasti do projektu EU pen\u00edze \u0161kol\u00e1m v oblasti VI. Byla zde vyj\u00e1d\u0159ena jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed podpora pro vznik digit\u00e1ln\u00edch u\u010debn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f p\u0159\u00edmo na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole jsme uveden\u00e9 &#8222;\u0161ablony&#8220; tak\u00e9 vyu\u017eili a pro ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vznikl\u00fdch DUM\u016f byl do v\u00fduky za\u0159azen v 8.\u00a0a\u00a09.\u00a0ro\u010dn\u00edku nepovinn\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt\u00a0<em>Finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnost<\/em>. V\u00fduka tohoto p\u0159edm\u011btu n\u00e1m jednozna\u010dn\u011b potvrdila jeho nutnost a obrovskou u\u017eite\u010dnost. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m dok\u00e1zala, \u017ee je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vhodn\u00e9 shrom\u00e1\u017edit ve\u0161ker\u00e9 poznatky a kompetence z oblasti finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti z r\u016fzn\u00fdch spole\u010densk\u00fdch a p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f do jednoho specializovan\u00e9ho a tak p\u0159ed\u00e1vat pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti, dovednosti a kompetence \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm ucelen\u011b. Jeho za\u0159azen\u00ed v tomto \u0161koln\u00edm roce mezi p\u0159edm\u011bty povinn\u00e9 n\u00e1m dosavadn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti jen potvrdily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b do\u0161lo k \u00faprav\u011b R\u00e1mcov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu, kdy je ji\u017e za\u0159azen\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti za\u0159azeno mezi povinn\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed oblasti \u010clov\u011bk a spole\u010dnost. V\u0161echny z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly nyn\u00ed stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed vskutku nerudovskou ot\u00e1zkou&nbsp;<em>&#8222;kam s n\u00ed?&#8220;<\/em>. R\u00e1d bych nyn\u00ed p\u0159edal na\u0161e zku\u0161enosti s v\u00fdukou finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b t\u00edm i polemizoval s doporu\u010den\u00edmi obsa\u017een\u00fdmi v Interaktivn\u00edm pr\u016fvodci zm\u011bnami RVP na webu&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/digifolio.rvp.cz\/view\/view.php?id=6461\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.rvp.cz<\/a>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uji, \u017ee se ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u00favahy a doporu\u010den\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00ed pouze v\u00fduky na 2.&nbsp;stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly a jim odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm v\u00edcelet\u00fdch gymn\u00e1zi\u00ed, pro kter\u00e9 jsou zm\u011bny R\u00e1mcov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu stejn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 jako pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly, nebo\u0165 poskytuj\u00ed stejn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1vazn\u00fd dokument R\u00e1mcov\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program definuje po\u017eadovan\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy na konci \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zky, nedefinuje v\u0161ak jejich zp\u016fsob dosa\u017een\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu, tj. v r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f. Interaktivn\u00ed pr\u016fvodce na webu www.rvp.cz v\u0161ak obsahuje doporu\u010den\u00e9 rozlo\u017een\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdch v\u00fdstup\u016f do jednotliv\u00fdch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f v r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky oblasti \u010clov\u011bk a spole\u010dnost (zpravidla p\u0159edm\u011bt Z\u00e1klady spole\u010densk\u00fdch v\u011bd, Ob\u010dansk\u00e1 nauka apod.), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 pas\u00e1\u017ee v oblasti matematiky (finan\u010dn\u00ed matematika). V podstat\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ve form\u011b pr\u016f\u0159ezov\u00fdch t\u00e9mat. Je ale ot\u00e1zkou, zda by nebylo vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed shrom\u00e1\u017edit v\u0161echny po\u017eadovan\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy do jednoho specializovan\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu. S t\u00edm se tak\u00e9 nesou ot\u00e1zky kdy tento p\u0159edm\u011bt za\u0159adit do v\u00fduky a kdo ho bude vyu\u010dovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole jsme na z\u00e1klad\u011b ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed DUM\u016f do\u0161li k n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm a z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pokud m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00fduka finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, mus\u00ed se odehr\u00e1vat pokud mo\u017eno ve spolupr\u00e1ci s rodinou. Rodi\u010de v\u0161ak o finan\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitostech rodiny se sv\u00fdmi d\u011btmi v mlad\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku prakticky nehovo\u0159\u00ed. Proto je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada po\u017eadovan\u00fdch v\u00fdstup\u016f dosahov\u00e1na jen na z\u00e1klad\u011b teoretick\u00fdch \u00favah v r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky ve \u0161kole. Situace se m\u011bn\u00ed a\u017e v dob\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole, \u010dili v 9.&nbsp;ro\u010dn\u00edku.<\/li><li>\u0158ada \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se s ot\u00e1zkami finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti setk\u00e1v\u00e1 po praktick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce a\u017e ve star\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku (14&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;15&nbsp;let). Do t\u00e9 doby jsou pro n\u011b velmi fiktivn\u00ed.<\/li><li>V\u011bt\u0161ina \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nedost\u00e1v\u00e1 od sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f pravideln\u00e9 kapesn\u00e9 a nen\u00ed tak nucena se o sv\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky starat.<\/li><li>Ve 14&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;15 let zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0159ada rodi\u010d\u016f sv\u00fdm d\u011btem d\u011btsk\u00e9 nebo studentsk\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dty v bank\u00e1ch.<\/li><li>V\u011bt\u0161ina \u017e\u00e1k\u016f teprve ve v\u011bku 14&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;15 let rozumov\u011b i spole\u010densky dozr\u00e1v\u00e1 pro nutnost ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti.<\/li><li>Je vhodn\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm poskytnout ucelen\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed odchodem na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu, co\u017e je pr\u00e1v\u011b okam\u017eik, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9mu finan\u010dn\u00edmu osamostatn\u011bn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f (hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s vlastn\u00edmi finan\u010dn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky \u2013 kapesn\u00e9, mzda z brig\u00e1d apod.)<\/li><li>Z\u00e1v\u011br: optim\u00e1ln\u00ed je za\u0159azen\u00ed specializovan\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti do v\u00fduky 9. ro\u010dn\u00edku.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se \u0161kola rozhodne podobn\u011b jako u n\u00e1s za\u0159adit v\u00fduku finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti v podob\u011b nov\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu, je nutn\u00e9 n\u011bkde z\u00edskat hodinu ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm pl\u00e1nu. Na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole jsme volili nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed a nejlogi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost \u2013 \u00fapravu obsahu p\u0159edm\u011btu Z\u00e1klady spole\u010densk\u00fdch v\u011bd (vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm v\u0161ech pas\u00e1\u017e\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s po\u017eadovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdstupy v oblasti finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti) a jeho nahrazen\u00ed v 9.&nbsp;ro\u010dn\u00edku nov\u00fdm povinn\u00fdm p\u0159edm\u011btem&nbsp;<em>Finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnost<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sleduje ot\u00e1zka volby vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edho. Osobn\u011b jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnost by m\u011bl b\u00fdt schopen odu\u010dit kter\u00fdkoliv z \u010dlen\u016f pedagogick\u00e9ho sboru, nebo\u0165 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s by m\u011bla b\u00fdt finan\u010dn\u011b gramotn\u00e1. Vzhledem k za\u0159azen\u00ed do vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed oblasti je v\u0161ak tato v\u00fduka nejbl\u00ed\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edm spole\u010denskov\u011bdn\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. Vzhledem k za\u0159azen\u00fdm oblastem finan\u010dn\u00ed matematiky je mo\u017enou volbou i vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed matematiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee je v\u00fduka finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti vlastn\u011b \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e1, lze ji\u017e nyn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch i elektronick\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Proto doporu\u010duji, aby se v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fduky finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnosti odehr\u00e1vala v u\u010debn\u011b informatiky, aby \u017e\u00e1ci v co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e pracovali pr\u00e1v\u011b s dostupn\u00fdmi elektronick\u00fdmi zdroji (zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pak webov\u00fdmi str\u00e1nkami finan\u010dn\u00edch instituc\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdukov\u00e9 zdroje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V oblasti ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f se v sou\u010dasnosti jedn\u00e1 o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed tituly:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NAVR\u00c1TILOV\u00c1, Petra.
