{"id":155,"date":"2013-02-20T14:25:00","date_gmt":"2013-02-20T13:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/public.kvcso.cz\/?p=155"},"modified":"2020-03-29T14:28:08","modified_gmt":"2020-03-29T12:28:08","slug":"adaptacni-kurzy-ve-skole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ucitel.kvcso.cz\/?p=155","title":{"rendered":"Adapta\u010dn\u00ed kurzy ve \u0161kole"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jako p\u0159\u00edklad dobr\u00e9 praxe m\u016f\u017ee slou\u017eit aktivita umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed osobnostn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchovu v pr\u016f\u0159ezov\u00e9m t\u00e9matu \u010clov\u011bk a spole\u010dnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapta\u010dn\u00ed kurzy maj\u00ed na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole (Prvn\u00edm \u010desk\u00e9m gymn\u00e1ziu v Karlov\u00fdch Varech) ji\u017e dlouhou tradici. Prvn\u00ed se uskute\u010dnily p\u0159ed osmi lety a od t\u00e9 doby se pravideln\u011b opakuj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd rok a r\u00e1di bychom v nich pokra\u010dovali i nad\u00e1le. Prvotn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011br vych\u00e1zel z na\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s Pedagogicko-psychologickou poradnou v Karlov\u00fdch Varech a byl ovlivn\u011bn tak\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00edm v r\u00e1mci prim\u00e1rn\u00ed prevence, kter\u00e9 vedli PhDr. Helena Vrbkov\u00e1 a PhDr. Richard Braun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d adapta\u010dn\u00ed kurzy?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem bylo vytvo\u0159it pozitivn\u00ed emo\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1zem\u00ed a kvalitn\u00ed interperson\u00e1ln\u00ed vztahy pro nov\u011b p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ky gymn\u00e1zia, budovat p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed kolektivu t\u0159\u00eddy, zv\u00fd\u0161it vliv \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00e9 samospr\u00e1vy a zefektivnit \u010dinnost t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edho u\u010ditele a \u0161koln\u00edho metodika prevence a v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradce, a d\u00e1le prov\u00e9st hloubkovou diagnostiku osobnosti d\u011bt\u00ed. Ke spolupr\u00e1ci jsme vyzvali pracovnici PPP v Karlov\u00fdch Varech, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 na starosti prim\u00e1rn\u00ed prevenci, pan\u00ed Mgr. Fialovou. N\u00e1pln\u00ed adapta\u010dn\u00edho kurzu byly z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9 hry a psychodiagnostick\u00e9 techniky, kter\u00e9 vedly lektorky z PPP, t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed u\u010ditel slou\u017eil hlavn\u011b jako pozorovatel chov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi v\u00fdvoje adapta\u010dn\u00edch kurz\u016f jsme rozhodli roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it program o dal\u0161\u00ed prvky, vyu\u017e\u00edt pro veden\u00ed kurz\u016f hlavn\u011b u\u010ditele z na\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly a zapojit do projektu nov\u011b nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed primy i prvn\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky gymn\u00e1zia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obsahem kurz\u016f se krom\u011b z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00fdch her a technik, kter\u00e9 prob\u00edhaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b v odpoledn\u00edch a ve\u010dern\u00edch bloc\u00edch staly tak\u00e9 prvky brann\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy a zdravov\u011bdy (nap\u0159. st\u0159elba ze vzduchovky, z\u00e1klady prvn\u00ed pomoci). Program jsme tak\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili o sportovn\u00ed vy\u017eit\u00ed (z\u00e1klady raftingu, horolezectv\u00ed), r\u016fzn\u00e9 kolektivn\u00ed m\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 hry (ringo, volejbal), pohybov\u00e9 hry, pr\u00e1ci s mapou, orienta\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1vody, z\u00e1klady geocachingu, slackline aj. V\u00fdhodn\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho m\u00edsta kon\u00e1n\u00ed kurzu a nav\u0161t\u00edvit m\u00edstn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed, kulturn\u00ed, technick\u00e9 \u010di historick\u00e9 pam\u011btihodnosti a spojit takovou exkurzi s n\u011bjakou hrou. Ve\u010der jsme pro d\u011bti p\u0159ipravovali samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00e1bor\u00e1k, v\u011bt\u0161inou spojen\u00fd s no\u010dn\u00ed hrou nebo orienta\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1vodem. Dobr\u00fdm n\u00e1padem je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva lanov\u00e9ho centra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vyu\u017eit\u00ed prvn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se nach\u00e1z\u00edme v nov\u00e9 f\u00e1zi adapta\u010dn\u00edch kurz\u016f. Odd\u011blili jsme obsahov\u011b program pro primy a prvn\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky. Program pro prvn\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 tradi\u010dn\u011b zachov\u00e1n. V prim\u00e1ch vych\u00e1z\u00edme z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edstavy. Nerozd\u011blujeme \u017e\u00e1ky \u010dist\u011b administrativn\u011b do dvou t\u0159\u00edd, ale k jejich individu\u00e1ln\u00edmu rozd\u011blen\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed a\u017e na z\u00e1v\u011br adapta\u010dn\u00edho kurzu na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159edchoz\u00edho pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, jednoduch\u00fdch sociometrick\u00fdch technik, z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00fdch her apod. C\u00edlem je vytvo\u0159it dva rovnocenn\u00e9 kolektivy, kde se \u017e\u00e1ci c\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b, zamez\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0161ikan\u011b a vytvo\u0159\u00ed se nov\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vazby.&nbsp; T\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 ji\u017e nefunguj\u00ed jako pouz\u00ed pozorovatel\u00e9, ale aktivn\u011b se do jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed zapojuj\u00ed. Na hodnocen\u00ed tohoto experimentu je zat\u00edm p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br bych r\u00e1d uvedl n\u011bkolik post\u0159eh\u016f. Program kurzu je vhodn\u00e9 konzultovat s n\u011bjak\u00fdm supervizorem, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 s podobn\u00fdmi akcemi zku\u0161enost. Velmi dobrou spolupr\u00e1ci m\u00e1me s PPP v Karlov\u00fdch Varech. D\u00e1le je t\u0159eba zajistit minim\u00e1ln\u011b s n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm p\u0159edstihem z\u00e1zem\u00ed pro kon\u00e1n\u00ed kurzu, m\u00edsto si osobn\u011b prohl\u00e9dnout, zjistit podm\u00ednky ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, hygienick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed, zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, ur\u010dit dopravu, p\u0159ipravit m\u00edstnosti pro kon\u00e1n\u00ed her a technik, ur\u010dit p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a cenu pro jednoho \u017e\u00e1ka. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je \u00fa\u010dast maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho po\u010dtu \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a jejich t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edho u\u010ditele. P\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem pr\u00e1zdnin je nutn\u00e9 oslovit rodi\u010de a zaslat jim z\u00e1kladn\u00ed informace o p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9m adapta\u010dn\u00edm kurzu.&nbsp; K organizaci je tak\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt nov\u011b vzniklou samospr\u00e1vu v jednotliv\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch, rozd\u011blit p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 slu\u017eby je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed odjezdem a po p\u0159\u00edjezdu na kurs pou\u010dit \u017e\u00e1ky o spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m chov\u00e1n\u00ed a nechat je toto pou\u010den\u00ed podepsat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u016fb\u011bhu adapta\u010dn\u00edch kurz\u016f je tak\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1no mnoho materi\u00e1l\u016f ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jsou to nap\u0159. z\u00e1znamov\u00e9 archy technik z r\u016fzn\u00fdch psychoher a v\u00fdsledky spole\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. S \u0159adou v\u00fdsledk\u016f jsou sezn\u00e1meni rodi\u010de, \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdstup\u016f (souhrnn\u011b) je sd\u011blena veden\u00ed \u0161koly. Nutn\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 evaluace formou sociometrick\u00e9ho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, k t\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme nap\u0159\u00edklad pozvat pracovnici PPP. V\u00fdhodn\u00e9 je z\u00edskat finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky na kon\u00e1n\u00ed i formou n\u011bjak\u00e9ho grantu, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00ed m\u011bsto nebo kraj a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 instituce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednkou kon\u00e1n\u00ed adapta\u010dn\u00edch kurz\u016f je pozitivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup a dobr\u00e1 n\u00e1lada.
