{"id":102,"date":"2013-05-29T20:56:00","date_gmt":"2013-05-29T18:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/public.kvcso.cz\/?p=102"},"modified":"2020-03-28T20:58:41","modified_gmt":"2020-03-28T19:58:41","slug":"o-vyuce-cizich-jazyku-a-motivaci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ucitel.kvcso.cz\/?p=102","title":{"rendered":"O v\u00fduce ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f a motivaci"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I kdy\u017e je ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch z\u00e1jem o angli\u010dtinu dominantn\u00ed, ukazuje se st\u00e1le v\u00edce pot\u0159eba podpo\u0159it i v\u00fduku ostatn\u00edch ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 v na\u0161\u00ed zemi maj\u00ed p\u0159irozenou tradici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed n\u011bm\u010diny, francouz\u0161tiny a dal\u0161\u00edch jazyk\u016f jako by v minul\u00fdch letech rezignovali na klesaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o jejich pr\u00e1ci a upadli do lehk\u00e9 letargie. To by se v\u0161ak m\u011blo zm\u011bnit. Mimo jin\u00e9 i proto, \u017ee s ka\u017ed\u00fdm ciz\u00edm jazykem, se kter\u00fdm se \u010dlov\u011bk jakkoliv sbl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, rostou jeho interkulturn\u00ed kompetence. O \u010deskou pracovn\u00ed m\u00e1 nav\u00edc z\u00e1jem st\u00e1le v\u00edce firem a instituc\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ze sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po\u017eaduj\u00ed jazykov\u00e9 znalosti nejen v angli\u010dtin\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hodina b\u011b\u017e\u00ed\u2026<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kr\u00e1tce po zvon\u011bn\u00ed. Jej\u00ed kroky od dve\u0159\u00ed k u\u010ditelsk\u00e9mu stolku jsou je\u0161t\u011b prov\u00e1zeny \u0161umem a pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00edm. Pak se ale postav\u00ed p\u0159ed prvn\u00ed lavici a trochu p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b, ale s lehk\u00fdm \u00fasm\u011bvem se pod\u00edv\u00e1 na nevelkou skupinu \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. V\u0161ichni zmlknou. Hodina n\u011bm\u010diny ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1. Jen co po \u00favodn\u00edm n\u011bmeck\u00e9m pozdravu a pokynu k posazen\u00ed p\u0159estanou hlomozit lavice, vezme u\u010ditelka do rukou ko\u0161\u00edk s kol\u00ed\u010dky, na kter\u00fdch jsou naps\u00e1na jm\u00e9na d\u011bt\u00ed. A to u\u017e za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b dob\u0159e kontrolovan\u00e9 hem\u017een\u00ed, proto\u017ee u\u010ditelka vyst\u0159eluje jm\u00e9na a ot\u00e1zky.&nbsp;<em>&#8222;Eva, wo ist Eva? Eva, wie geht\u00b4s dir?&#8220;<\/em>&nbsp;a kol\u00ed\u010dek putuje do ruky mal\u00e9 d\u00edvenky, kter\u00e1 hbit\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed k n\u00e1st\u011bnce s t\u0159emi obr\u00e1zky smajl\u00edk\u016f od\u0159\u00edk\u00e1vaj\u00edc p\u0159i tom nau\u010denou fr\u00e1zi.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e tam v\u0161ak dojde, odpov\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b na dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 se na ni sypou. Pak kone\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ipne kol\u00ed\u010dek pod obr\u00e1zek rozesm\u00e1t\u00e9ho smajl\u00edka a spokojen\u011b se vrac\u00ed do lavice, kde se samostatn\u011b pou\u0161t\u00ed do cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je zad\u00e1no na tabuli. B\u011bhem n\u011bkolika m\u00e1lo minut se u n\u00e1st\u011bnky vyst\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed v\u0161echny d\u011bti a t\u0159\u00eddou zazn\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny dosud probran\u00e9 fr\u00e1ze a obraty, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba zopakovat. A u\u010ditelka se mezit\u00edm nav\u00edc dozv\u00ed, kdo se dnes nec\u00edt\u00ed dob\u0159e a kdo je v pohod\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodina n\u011bm\u010diny pak u\u017e m\u00e1 sv\u016fj rytmus s pravideln\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi, kdy se st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed klidn\u00e9 f\u00e1ze s velmi dynamick\u00fdmi aktivitami. Na d\u011btech je vid\u011bt, \u017ee je v\u00fduka bav\u00ed a popravd\u011b \u0159e\u010deno nikdo nem\u00e1 \u010das, aby zah\u00e1lel. Na st\u011bn\u00e1ch jazykov\u00e9 u\u010debny vis\u00ed krom\u011b pestr\u00fdch n\u00e1st\u011bnek texty p\u00edsni\u010dek, obr\u00e1zky s fr\u00e1zemi a v\u00fdkresy a texty \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00e9 vytvo\u0159ili v r\u00e1mci sv\u00fdch mal\u00fdch projekt\u016f.&nbsp;<em>&#8222;D\u011bti na zdech najdou v podstat\u011b v\u0161echno, co se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b prob\u00edr\u00e1 anebo co je pro n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Mohou si to kdykoliv o\u010dima vyhledat, mohou b\u011bhem hodiny kdykoliv p\u0159ij\u00edt bl\u00ed\u017e k n\u00e1pov\u011bd\u011b, kdy\u017e si nejsou jisty a pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed si osv\u011b\u017eit pam\u011b\u0165,&#8220;<\/em>&nbsp;vysv\u011btluje u\u010ditelka Magdalena Jarotkov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 v t\u00e9to t\u0159\u00edd\u011b u\u010d\u00ed n\u011bm\u010dinu jako prvn\u00ed ciz\u00ed jazyk. Ned\u00e1 mi to a zept\u00e1m se, zda se s takov\u00fdm nad\u0161en\u00edm setk\u00e1v\u00e1 i u star\u0161\u00edch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f na druh\u00e9m stupni, kde je n\u011bm\u010dina za\u0159azena jako druh\u00fd ciz\u00ed jazyk po angli\u010dtin\u011b.&nbsp;<em>&#8222;Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b u d\u011bt\u00ed v tomto v\u011bku ub\u00fdv\u00e1 spont\u00e1nnosti, ale metoda laskav\u00e9ho drilu se mi osv\u011bd\u010dila. U v\u011bt\u0161iny \u017e\u00e1k\u016f v na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole nemohu toti\u017e p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee se pravideln\u011b doma u\u010d\u00ed. Tak\u017ee se dr\u017e\u00edm z\u00e1sady, \u017ee nejv\u00edce se mus\u00ed nau\u010dit ve \u0161kole. A p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm fr\u00e1ze, kter\u00e9 se jim v \u017eivot\u011b budou hodit a kter\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u011b vyu\u017eij\u00ed.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolik jazyk\u016f um\u00ed\u0161, tolikr\u00e1t jsi \u010dlov\u011bkem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Magda m\u00e1 te\u010f volnou hodinu, a tak si kone\u010dn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme v klidu sednout u zaslou\u017een\u00e9 k\u00e1vy. \u0158e\u010d se sto\u010d\u00ed na motivaci \u017e\u00e1k\u016f u\u010dit se druh\u00fd ciz\u00ed jazyk, kter\u00fd je do \u0160VP z\u00e1kladn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159azen jako voliteln\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt.&nbsp;<em>&#8222;Je to v\u011bt\u0161inou rozhodnut\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee se dal\u0161\u00ed ciz\u00ed jazyk bude jejich d\u00edt\u011bti hodit p\u0159i jeho studiu na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole. Ale z\u00e1jem neb\u00fdv\u00e1 tak velk\u00fd, d\u011bti daj\u00ed p\u0159ednost v nab\u00eddce voliteln\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f t\u0159eba sportovn\u00edm hr\u00e1m \u010di informa\u010dn\u00edm technologi\u00edm. Ty jsou pro n\u011b prost\u011b snaz\u0161\u00ed.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevn\u00edm\u00e1te v posledn\u00edch letech jist\u00fd \u00fapadek ve v\u00fduce dal\u0161\u00edch ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f krom\u011b angli\u010dtiny?<em>&nbsp;&#8222;Kdy\u017e jsem kdysi u\u010dila na gymn\u00e1ziu, setkala jsem se dokonce s n\u00e1zorem n\u011bkolika kolegy\u0148 &#8211; jazyk\u00e1\u0159ek, \u017ee nen\u00ed t\u0159eba u\u010dit jin\u00fd ciz\u00ed jazyk ne\u017e angli\u010dtinu, se kterou se \u010dlov\u011bk domluv\u00ed v\u0161ude. Tak to byl opravdu extr\u00e9mn\u00ed n\u00e1zor a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee je dnes v\u0161em jasn\u00e9, \u017ee tudy cesta nevede. \u010clov\u011bk nemus\u00ed dlouze studovat z\u00e1v\u011bry evropsk\u00fdch instituc\u00ed v oblasti evropsk\u00e9 jazykov\u00e9 politiky, aby pochopil, \u017ee zn\u00e1t dva i v\u00edce ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f na jak\u00e9koliv \u00farovni je v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b nezbytnost\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e z kulturn\u00edho, soci\u00e1ln\u00edho, ekonomick\u00e9ho \u010di osobn\u00edho pohledu. V\u0161e by m\u011blo za\u010d\u00ednat ji\u017e v \u00fatl\u00e9m v\u011bku \u2013 t\u0159eba pr\u00e1v\u011b jakousi jazykovou p\u0159\u00edpravkou, tedy jazykovou propedeutikou, kdy je nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed doba, aby si d\u00edt\u011b uv\u011bdomilo existenci r\u016fzn\u00fdch jin\u00fdch jazyk\u016f ne\u017e je jeho mate\u0159\u0161tina, aby m\u011blo mo\u017enost sly\u0161et, jak zn\u011bj\u00ed, uv\u011bdomit si, kter\u00fd jazyk se mu l\u00edb\u00ed, a porovn\u00e1vat, jak se co \u0159ekne v r\u016fzn\u00fdch jazyc\u00edch, co zn\u00ed podobn\u011b a co jinak. Samotn\u00e1 v\u00fduka prvn\u00edho ciz\u00edho jazyka, a\u0165 u\u017e je to angli\u010dtina \u010di jin\u00fd jazyk, by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt izolovan\u00e1 a orientovan\u00e1 jen na dan\u00fd ciz\u00ed jazyk, ale m\u011bla by prob\u00edhat otev\u0159en\u011b v duchu p\u0159\u00edpravy na budouc\u00ed studium jin\u00fdch ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f by m\u011bli b\u00fdt vybaveni v\u00edcejazy\u010dn\u00fdm kurikulem, kter\u00e9 by jim usnadnilo metodicky vyu\u017e\u00edvat lingvistick\u00e9 mosty mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi ciz\u00edmi jazyky. Na to by ov\u0161em m\u011bli b\u00fdt p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ni budouc\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f ji\u017e p\u0159i sv\u00e9m studiu na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy\u017e projekty, tak na\u017eivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U motivace je\u0161t\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1me. Nic naplat, nejlep\u0161\u00ed motivac\u00ed ke studiu ciz\u00edho jazyka jsou autentick\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky ze zem\u00ed, kde se dan\u00fdm jazykem hovo\u0159\u00ed a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b osobn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed s rodil\u00fdmi mluv\u010d\u00edmi \u2013 nejl\u00e9pe neform\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010di pracovn\u00ed. Ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch tyto z\u00e1\u017eitky a setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou projekty a partnerstv\u00ed se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi \u0161kolami a t\u0159\u00eddami. Tyto aktivity jsou samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, gymn\u00e1zi\u00edch a z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch s roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou v\u00fdukou ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f. Ostatn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly a mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly \u2013 jak a kde: hodn\u011b z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na osobn\u00edm nad\u0161en\u00ed a iniciativ\u011b u\u010ditel\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moje hostitelka o tom v\u00ed sv\u00e9.&nbsp;<em>&#8222;Ne nadarmo se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee zahrani\u010dn\u00ed aktivity a kontakty \u0161kol jsou zalo\u017eeny na motivaci, iniciativ\u011b a osobn\u00edch kontaktech jednotliv\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f, dosud zat\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161inou u\u010ditel\u016f ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f. Zn\u00e1m \u0161koly, kde s odchodem u\u010ditele \u010di \u0159editele, kter\u00fd mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci rozv\u00edjel, ve\u0161ker\u00e9 aktivity v t\u00e9to oblasti r\u00e1zem ustaly. Jsem proto p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1, \u017ee u\u010ditel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se do takov\u00fdch projekt\u016f pou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed, by m\u011bli m\u00edt ze strany veden\u00ed \u0161koly i sv\u00fdch koleg\u016f v\u0161estrannou podporu.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co m\u016f\u017ee br\u00e1nit rozvoji mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce a interkulturn\u00edch aktivit \u0161koly?&nbsp;<em>&#8222;I kdy\u017e se situace zlep\u0161uje, mnoho u\u010ditel\u016f nemluv\u00ed aktivn\u011b n\u011bjak\u00fdm ciz\u00edm jazykem, sami nemaj\u00ed motivuj\u00edc\u00ed interkulturn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti a z\u00e1\u017eitky a z toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 i jejich nez\u00e1jem o tuto \u010dinnost. Negativn\u00ed roli hraj\u00ed tak\u00e9 obavy z nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho administrativn\u00edho a organiza\u010dn\u00edho zanepr\u00e1zdn\u011bn\u00ed a nedostatek informac\u00ed o mo\u017enostech z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed podpory a nab\u00edzen\u00fdch projektech. Ob\u010das se je\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme setkat s nedostate\u010dnou motivac\u00ed a podporou ze strany veden\u00ed \u0161koly a s nez\u00e1jmem a malou sou\u010dinnost\u00ed koleg\u016f.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 mo\u017enosti tedy \u0161koly maj\u00ed, co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce a mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch projekt\u016f?&nbsp;<em>&#8222;Z vlastn\u00ed praxe v\u00edm, \u017ee relativn\u011b nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed je organizovat pro \u017e\u00e1ky pozn\u00e1vac\u00ed z\u00e1jezdy do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji do sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed. Ale takov\u00e9 akce maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou pouze pozn\u00e1vac\u00ed efekt. Mnoho \u0161kol se pou\u0161t\u00ed do \u010dasov\u011b, administrativn\u011b i organiza\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch projekt\u016f (nap\u0159. v r\u00e1mci programu Comenius \u2013 partnerstv\u00ed \u0161kol). P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u0161koly v p\u0159\u00edhrani\u010d\u00ed \u010dasto spolupracuj\u00ed s n\u011bjakou \u0161kolou ze sousedn\u00ed zem\u011b a podnikaj\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy, spole\u010dn\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed a jin\u00e9 akce nebo v\u00fdm\u011bnn\u00e9 pobyty t\u0159\u00edd a skupin.&nbsp; \u0158ada st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol je zapojena do e-Twinningu \u010di jin\u00fdch forem koresponden\u010dn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce. N\u00e1m se ov\u0161em nejv\u00edce osv\u011bd\u010dila \u00fa\u010dast na\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly na spole\u010dn\u00fdch mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch projektech \u0161kol a t\u0159\u00edd z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed organizovan\u00fdch jin\u00fdmi subjekty a spolufinancovan\u00fdch z prost\u0159edk\u016f Evropsk\u00e9 unie z jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. V\u00fdhodou takov\u00e9ho projektu je, \u017ee n\u00e1klady na \u00fa\u010dast jsou pro \u017e\u00e1ky i \u0161kolu pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9, kvalitn\u00ed program je ji\u017e p\u0159ipraven a nav\u00edc odborn\u011b veden extern\u00edmi pracovn\u00edky projektu. U\u010ditel se vlastn\u011b star\u00e1 jen o dohled nad sv\u00fdmi \u017e\u00e1ky.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale to v\u0161echno n\u011bco stoj\u00ed! Jak\u00e9 jsou tedy mo\u017enosti financov\u00e1n\u00ed? Ne v\u0161ichni rodi\u010de si mohou dovolit zaplatit n\u00e1kladn\u00fd pobyt d\u00edt\u011bte v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.&nbsp;<em>&#8222;To jist\u011b, ale \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed zv\u00e1\u017eit a hledat r\u016fzn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o vlastn\u00ed zdroje \u0161koly, p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f (materi\u00e1ln\u00ed ale i finan\u010dn\u00ed podpora rodi\u010d\u016f \u017e\u00e1k\u016f), sponzorsk\u00e9 dary, dotace a granty od obc\u00ed a kraj\u016f, dotace od r\u016fzn\u00fdch nadac\u00ed (\u010cesko-n\u011bmeck\u00fd fond budoucnosti, euregia atd.), zapojen\u00ed do mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch program\u016f (Comenius, Leonardo aj.) anebo spolu\u00fa\u010dast na projektech organizovan\u00fdch jin\u00fdmi subjekty, kter\u00e9 na jejich realizaci z\u00edskaly pen\u00edze z evropsk\u00fdch fond\u016f nebo jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bez nad\u0161en\u00ed u\u010ditele by to ne\u0161lo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To sice zn\u00ed hezky, ale takov\u00fd u\u010ditel pak snad ned\u011bl\u00e1 nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e sh\u00e1n\u00ed pen\u00edze, nemysl\u00edte? &#8211; pt\u00e1m se je\u0161t\u011b narychlo, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 zvonit a Magdalena se chyst\u00e1 znovu do v\u00fduky. Odpov\u011bd\u00ed je mi \u00fasm\u011bv a lehk\u00e9 pokyvov\u00e1n\u00ed hlavou. Ale kdy\u017e si vzpomenu na hodinu n\u011bm\u010diny, kterou jsem mohla shl\u00e9dnout, je mi jasn\u00e9, \u017ee tohle v\u0161echno mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vlastn\u011b pr\u00e1ce nad r\u00e1mec b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fduky a p\u0159\u00edpravy na ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lou\u010d\u00edme se a cestou ze \u0161koly p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm o tom, co v\u0161echno vlastn\u011b mus\u00ed za\u0159\u00eddit a zvl\u00e1dnout u\u010ditel, kter\u00fd pro \u017e\u00e1ky organizuje a po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 takov\u00e9 aktivity a projekty.
